MR7 H1 FAATINAH($6.50); this horse is a pistol first up and racing up on the speed and is certainly drawn to do so. His Valley record only reads 1 win from 4 starts but 2 unplaced runs were in Group 1 races and we really think that Group 2 is his optimum level. He handles all conditions and Jamie Kah will have him primed as they swing.
FAATINAH($9); FIRST GIDDYUP!!! right on the leaders hammer from the get go hit the front turning, fought on like a demon when challenged to just prevail.
SR8 H4 DREAMFORCE($7); very consistent galloper that races extremely well fresh, he is very much an on pace sprinter that relishes this distance. Randwick holds no fears for him and topping the rise Nash should have him ready to explode.
Dreamforce($3.80); FIRST GOUGUDTHING!!! Nash took him straight to the front and topping the rise Nash released the brakes and he exploded away.
MR8 H15 KENEDNA($10); This mare is a genuine Group horse at all levels, she handles all conditions and is a peach second up. The distance should be perfect for her at this stage and we think she just might be too classy for them at WFA. GIDDYUP!!!
KENEDNA($8); 8TH beaten 4.4L; disappointing at first but watching the replay again she was wide most of the way and did let down nicely up the short straight, let’s not drop off her she is going to win a decent race.
MR9 H10 ROYAL ACE($8); we are taking him on again after that fighting win for us last start. He is up a little in class but drops the 3kegs and back to the 1600m won’t bother him, he will be winding up with a full head of steam as they enter the short run home.
ROYAL ACE($11); 7TH beaten 5.1L; went to the line with plenty to offer never got a crack at them at any stage, through no fault of jockey Jamie Kah. Next start bigger track and right weight . That’s racing.
Group racing is firing up down south in Sydney and Melbourne, the Group 3 Concorde Stakes sees the Queenslander Zoustyle go up against the best sprinters around and we are backing our opinion of him(which is huge) and Redzel might just be the hardest to beat. The listed Atlantic Jewel Stakes at the Valley Exhilerates($2.25) super hard to beat under the set weights and penalties, we think it would be foolish to bet against her. Happened to see a photo finish of the last race at Seymour on Thursday SERIOUSLY!!! I had the magnifying glass out and still couldn’t see a margin but they found a PIXEL there in favour of the favourite, that will do me the world has gone mad. Let’s hope the pixel’s are in our favour today. Moonee Valley is rated a Good4 this morning with showers so it will certainly be soft under hoof.
