SUMMARY: Our Best *** for this week is SR7 H6 SHANGRI LA IMPACT ($10) ride or barrier, BR6 H1 PLATINUM PANTHEON ($7.50) great ride looked winner until last 20m, BR9 H11 NORTH POLE ($7) pulled up. Winnasedge FIRST kept the flag flying last week with $6.50 – $4.40 GIDDYUP!!! a very good day overall considering some crazy results. Big meeting at Caloundra today and the Glasshouse is a very good race. Soothsayer ($8) SCR. was a big winner last start in the Eye Liner coming from well back. He has really come on this campaign and relishes the track and distance. All conditions are the same to him he will be zipping home again. Cifrado ($14) now this bloke should definitely have finished a lot closer in the Eye Liner. Goes well here and distance no issue. He will be a minute back here but when he gets clear running he rockets home in most conditions, If Soothsayer is vulnerable he could be the one, Underrated. Gerringong ($4) have a feeling this mare will lead again here. It would be her best option over this course. Anemacore ($11) he has an outstanding record over this course. Soft is probably as wet as he wants though. He will be around midfield the bonus is he loves the track. Band Of Brothers ($8.50) is definitely a chance in these conditions with 54kgs. Regal Zeus ($61) could go fast 2nd up and hang on for a super first 4 result. Good race.Nice result for us last week when Emirate($9) saluted in our weights and measures summation. We thought Sunsprite($5) could have turned the tables on the favourite Decalogue. She had a 4kilo turnaround on him when they met last start although beaten 1.9L.
