SR5 H9 HI DUBAI ($12); this mare is ready to ping 3rd up and the distance is ideal. She does like to race 0n the speed and meets the favorite 3.5kegs better. Surprised if she isn’t in the finish.
HI DUBAI($15): FIRST GIDDYUP!! great ride Tim Clark coming down the outside rail to get the upper hand late. GIDDYUP!!!
MR8 H2 JIMMY THE BEAR ($3.20); big win in the Mildura cup with 60 kegs last start when settled just behind the speed. He relishes the track and distance and handles most conditions. If ridden correctly on speed he will give them something to run down at the distance.
JIMMY THE BEAR($3.10): 2nd/$1.40 place beaten 0.1L, ridden perfectly this time to just miss.
BR9 H1 BEAUX RUMBLE ($6); 3rd up ready and from gate 1 should be able to race in his favorite role (on pace). His best distance and handles all conditions. Rodd on a bonus.
BEAUX RUMBLE($4.60): 6th beaten 2.7L, nice run in third but only plugged in the straight.
MR9 H9 EL ROCKO ($6.50); been in great winter form and certainly likes the moisture in the tracks. Track and distance good and he might settle a little further back this time from his wide gate. Still in okay with 58kgs. Hard to beat again with a decent run in transit.
EL ROCKO($3.70): 4th beaten 2.5L, got home okay but the placegetters too good on the day.
No races to mention today with average meetings across the three states. So it could be a case of collect cease and head to the bar for a beverage or two.
