MR10 H8 FORTUNATE KISS($10): this mare is very fit and she can settle anywhere in the run so her gate might not be an issue. She likes the track and distance and the drier the better for her. Nice overs in a good BM84.
FORTUNATE KISS($18); 3rd/$4.70 place beaten 0.8L, sat 3wide entire normally suicide over this trip here. Probably stiff not to have won huge run considering.
SR10 H13 RAZORS($8): he tends to race closer to the speed over this distance. He won’t be concerned by 2nd up as a few trials before his good first up run. Clark stays on a bonus. He just might be better than them.
RAZORS($8): 3rd/$2.40 place beaten 1.2L, lovely trail behind the leader ran a nice 3rd.
SUMMARY: We have had some cracking days (results) over our eight years and last Saturday would have to be in our top 5. Quaddie in Sydney $107,500, Best Bet Brave Mead($4.40) Golden Slipper winner Lady Of Camelot($7.50) and a plethora of winners in our top 4 for exotic and multi runner players. Something for everyone GIDDYUP!!!. The Australian Cup G1 at Flemington is an absolute cracker and we think Atishu($5) can get the job done. She is a multi Group winner and loves the Flemington circuit. Back early but we think Shinn should have her humming up behind the leaders at the clocktower. Cascadian($8.50) top galloper over a long time but he can still get home like a train. Thought his last run was the run of the race and he certainly relishes the distance. He will be steaming home when the whips are cracking. Mr.Brightside($2.90) what more can we say about this bloke. He will be a lot closer in the run today and won’t let Pride Of Jenni($3.20) get too far away. If they let this mare run them ragged early she will be seriously hard to run down , no medals for that scenario (: Great WFA contest this one and maybe reminiscent of the great Vo Rogue era. Butch Cassisy($15) returns to racing today in r6 Rosehill and has been trialling very well. Could be a smokey here. Anilla($5) race 7 at Oakbank today might give them the slip. Doomben has been abandoned thankfully it would have been a sludgefest. Only 2 in Our Best today on another super tough day but thats what we thrive on here at Horsebuck$.
