BR4 H1 CONGLOMERATE($8);  Drawn the ideal gate in 1 as he likes to lead and the conditions suit perfectly. He certainly performs first up and the distance his best. We envisage him being a couple in front at the distance and no better jockey than Nash over the last 20 to push him over the line. 

CONGLOMERATE($9.50); unplaced beaten 7.3L, everything going to plan and Nash sitting pretty until he was let down. He went backwards and was eased down the last 50m. Heavy track maybe?

MR7 H6 ZAC DE BOSS($4.80); graduated to open class last start with a strong win and stays on the limit here. He does like the straight and should park just on the speed. Does relish soft conditions and the distance good, he is a stronger horse now. We fully expect him to be fighting out the finish.

ZAC DE BOSS($3.90); 4th beaten 1.3L, pretty good 4th considering all he wanted to do from the get go was go to the outside rail. 

SR 9 H7 YIYI($12); tried hard last prep but he has a lot going for him in this first up. The wetter the better for him and the track is to his liking. He certainly performs fresh and in the run preferrably just behind the speed but he can sit mid field. This is a Chris Waller dominated race but we think this one might have the edge.

YIYI; RACE ABANDONED

AR3 H1 PRINCE OF HELENA($4.60); we don’t venture to South Auutralia very often but we like this horse at Murray Bridge today. Great gate in 1 to be on speed or maybe take it up and with his 59.5kgs we think he is in okay here. His only run over this distance he was beaten 0.1L by Excelleration carrying 61 kegs albeit in the Kerang Cup. He is used to big weights and is adept in all conditions. He just might give them the slip at the distance. We expect him to run well.

PRINCE OF HELENA($5.50); FIRST GIDDYUP!!! straight to the front and dictated with some fairly soft sectionals. Plenty to give at the distance too good.

SUMMARY: Members who are avid Our Best followers had a good day out when Jo Jo Was A Man($4.80-$3) saluted in the last at Sydney along with No Effort($2.40 place) and Comme Bella Fille($2.10 place) so happy days!!! Sydney was our best venue for multi runner players in what was a torrid day with plenty of placegetters at the other venues. Today is also a super tricky day with the weather playing havoc with conditions. Large fields all over so lets go for the jugular and the Glasshouse at the Sunnie Coast, Buffalo River($8) this bloke is a mudder we fully expect him to lead (real world) loves the distance and if he extends at the distance we know he will be super tough to run down Salateen($8.50) this mare is racing in great form and the conditions will suit . She gets back so the distance should suit. Holyfield($5) won the Eye Liner last and loves the distance she will be on pace soft best for her. Blondeau($11) and the old boy Niccanova will relish these conditions. Flemington race 8 and Looks Like Elvis($7) is racing in great form and will be super fit hereand the 1600m perfect for him now. He will be steaming home in conditions that suit. Sir Davy($6) is a good horse who will prove hard to run down. Tuvalu($3) likes to be on speed with a tricky gate here but right run hard to hold out. Frankie Pinot($11) will be getting home also. Tough race indeed. Let’s not sugar coat today’s proceedings super tough gig again with Chris Waller loading up in Sydney, huge fields everywhere and we expect Rosehill and the Sunnie Coast to be heavy tracks at some stage.
