Doomben Track Good, Rosehill Track Good, Moonee Valley Track Good; Our Best; Comes in the 4th race at doomben, a horse called Frespanol. He won very well last start in similar company to this. Still weighted relatively well in this race. Loves the track distance and is very good 3rd up with 2 wins and a placing out of 5 attempts.Has a nice barrier which will allow him to sit in just behind the leaders. He will take over at the 200m and sprint away from them. giddyup. Our next best takes us to moonee vally in race 9. Horse called Here to There. Won well last start to chase hard and get up in the final strides. He has a perfect draw from barrier 3 which will allow him to settle in just behind the speed to stalk Boom Time which is the likely lader in the race. Has 52.5kgs after the claim with Stephanie Thorton aboard. He is super fit and a lot of horses are going on to bigger races in the spring and this is one of the races they would have targeted with this gelding! Super tough to beat today. An each way horse that we think is well over the odds is a horse called Ken Array. This horse is racing very well this prep. It loves the distance and the track. Has a great third up record with a win and two plaings from 3 starts. With Mark zhara onboard he can hopefully get some cover from the wide gate and be super tough to beat. I dont know where they got the $1.50 qoute from for Brave Smash but for a horse who has never won at the distance or 2nd up before in a race like this is a mystery. Some cracking races at Melbourne and Sydney today with group horses returning to start there spring campaign’s. A cracking day again in South East Queensland with good racing at doomben as well.
