GOLDEN BOOM; great run 1st up at the Sunshine Coast 16/11/24. Sat outside the leader until the straight then got to the front only to be run down last 50M for 3rd. Good horse will atone. STARTS: FIRST Eagle Farm 7/12/24 $6 giddyup!!!
ANG POW; ran Newcastle 16/11/24 and we thought he looked a little big in the yard before the race. After enjoying a nice trail behind the speed he only battled home for 7th. Will improve big time next start. STARTS: 2nd Rosehill 7/12/24 $2 place beaten 2,9L heavy track
BOLD SOUL: ran a great 3rd 2nd up Ballarat 7/12/24. He was back a little farther than we anticipated, loomed strongly at the distance until conditon petered. Next time a little closer in the run. STARTS:
JEWELLERY: ran okay Rosehill 30/11/24 with not a lot of luck in the straight. That was 1st up and he did get a mile back and finished off okay. Fitter next time but might be better 3rd up. STARTS: good 3rd Randwick 14/12/24 $2.40 place, enjoyed a nice run just off the pace and fought on.
ZAPHOD: great second 1st up at Rosehill 30/11/24. He was 3 wide for most of the race but moved into it strongly at the distance. Loves wet conditions hard to beat next 2. STARTS:
CONTEMPORARY: ran Rosehill 30/11/24 got back and ran on, fitness run? Good horse with a good record will atone. STARTS: ran a decent 6th Randwick 14/12/24 when wide back in field. Seemed to be struggling topping the rise and then knuckled down late to be beaten 1.54L. Very fit next time.
PRINCE ERIC: probably should have won at Ballarat 7/12/24 when a great 3rd after having no luck whatsoever until inside the 100m. Third up next time will see him primed. STARTS:
WOLFLANDS: ran 6th on the Caulfield Heath 14/12/24 betaen 3.6L, in the past this horse did his best racing on the speed. Has been ridden back his last 4 starts and first up last Saturday he was back last on the corner scouted wide in the straight and ran on pretty well. It could be 3rd up for him! STARTS:
