Horse Buck$ provides a race selection subscription service owned and operated by Horse Buck$. If you wish to sign up to receive selections from Horse Buck$, you must accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

You cannot subscribe for this Service unless you are 18 years of age or older.

Horse Buck$ reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions by posting changes online at www.horsebucks.com.au. It is your responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions regularly. Your continued use of the Horse Buck$ Subscription Service after any changes are made to these Terms constitutes an acknowledgement and agreement by you that you accept and agree to be bound by the amended Terms and Conditions.

DISCLAIMER of Accuracy of Recommendations

Horse Buck$ publishes recommended selections in good faith based on its historical analysis of form. However, Horse Buck$ cannot and does not represent, warrant or guarantee in any way that it will provide positive returns in the future.

You use the Subscription Service at your sole risk. You accept and agree that Horse Buck$ is not liable for any damage or loss which you may suffer through any decision or action taken by you.

Privacy

All personal information collected by Horse Buck$ is kept private. It is not sold or passed onto a 3rd party.

But you acknowledge and agree that your submission of such information is at your sole risk, and you agree to assume that risk and to indemnify and hold Horse Buck$ harmless from any claim for damages, fees, costs or expenses occasioned by such an event.

Confidentiality and Subscription Policy

Horse Buck$ provides a subscription service containing highly confidential recommendations and tips for selected thoroughbred races to each individual subscriber. Each subscription can only be used legally by one individual subscriber at any time. Any violation of this policy, Horse Buck$ reserves the right and will enforce its legal rights.

Responsible Gambling

Horse Buck$ is not a gambling service. It provides a Subscription Service containing recommendations and tips for selected thoroughbred races in Australia which in Horse Buck$ opinion represent “value” wagers or bets.

Horse Buck$ is a strong supporter of responsible gambling, and believes that you will derive greater enjoyment from the Subscription Service if you set sensible limits to your banking structure to ensure that your gambling expenditure is kept to an amount you can afford.
