BR9 H6 SWEET MARGOT MAY($3) Unbeaten in 4 fresh runs to date. Loves the track and distance and good tracks suit. Good trail leading into this. Will get back in transit but speed will be on and she will be steaming home!

SR10 H6 BAROSSA ROSA($19) Great first up stats and will be right on pace here from barrier 8. Loves the track and distance and is adept in all conditions. Won a recent trial also which tells me he is ready to fire fresh. Not an overly strong race and will be in it for a long way. Good each way hope.
BAROSSA ROSA($); 8th beaten 5.54L, great run in 3rd spot had a crack for a while at the distance then weakened. Fitter 2nd up?
SUMMARY: There’s no sugar coating it last week was a tough gig but we ended having a pretty good day considering. This week is no different with tough even fields all across the eastern seaboard. Lets dive straight into it and the Five Diamonds Prelude(SR8) and we think Converge($10) can get the win here. Was well back last start in running in the Epsom which I think most didn’t expect and unlucky so a complete forget run. Likes the track and the distance suits he will be hard to run down. Democracy Manifest($4.80) another who was unlucky in the Epsom. Will get back from barrier 12 loves the track and distance he will be steaming home! Altivo($10) has had two good runs this prep with his first up run being super unlucky. Loves the track and distance but has upside and will be steaming home. Detonator Jack ($11) another who was unlucky last start. Stepping back to the 1500m today 4th up is ideal. Might sit a tad closer from barrier 2 if they can. Is a group 1 placegetter and will be in it for a long way. Cotehele($5) ran super first up when had no luck and should of won. The step up to the 1500m is ideal and likes the track. Likes good tracks and from barrier 5 will be parked just behind the speed here. With even luck in running should be there when the whips are cracking. Off to the Caulfield Cup and we think Without A Fight($7) can get the cash here. Not a lot of room first up in the Underwood Stakes. The form around him has been franked with Alligator Blood coming out and winning next start. The step out to the 2400m is ideal second up and will be steaming home to be in the finish. Francesco Guardi($15) has been building up nicely and getting out the 2400m is ideal. Will get back from the wide gate but might be a bit of pace in the race so should help his chances. West Wind Blows($7) ran well in the Turnbull. Stepping out to the 2400m suits. Will lead from barrier 2 and likes good tracks. Hard tough overseas stayer who will be hard to run down. Soulcombe($6.50) has had an outstanding prep so far and this looks to be his grand final. Steps out the 2400m 4th up says it all. Likes the track and adept in all conditions and will be steaming home from the back. Gold Trip’s($6.50) win last start was impressive. He likes the track and distance but his third up form leaves a little to be desired (4:0-0-1) Might be a bit of unders in our opinion but is the class horse. Just be weary. A cracking days racing and only a week away from cthe Coxplate and The Melbounre Cup. Bring it on. A cracking day here on the Goldie.
