SUMMARY: Our Best for this week are *** MR7 H1 MY TEMPTATION($3.50) unplaced, MR9 H2 JIGSAW($8.50) FIRST GIDDYUP!!!, BR10 H11 AMORE VELOCE($26) unplaced( next time in a slightly weaker race). Coal Crusher($6) delivered big time last week in Our Best GIDDYUP!!! some big value this week. All 3 meetings are out of town this week and we must tread carefully as horses for courses can really shine through here. Gringotts($2.10) is the class runner in The Gong and even with his 61 kegs just might prove superior. Estadio Mestalla($6.50) is our obvious danger, Duke De Sessa($21) is quality and he has a very good first up record and the distance is not an issue. West Australia has the Railway stakes today and Western Empire($6.50) is a proven Group horse with a very good record here and 2nd up form is impressive. He could topple his stablemate Watch Me Rock($3.40) who also has an impressive record. Cranbourne Cup and Statuario($11) is a very fit racehorse who relishes this course and is weighted nicely on 55 kegs being a G1 placed horse. He might sit a little closer here this distance. Air Assault($4.60) is in great form in SA and will sit on the speed. Relishes this distance. Sabaj($3.20) is very consistent but will drift back. Third up fit. Time to fill the coffers for the festive season GIDDYUP!!! Once again beware the ” SPRUIK” horse usually plastered over all the racing platforms.
