  SUMMARY: OUR BEST for Melbourne Cup day are BR10 H10 SPIRIT OF BARTY AND MR6 H6 ATHANATOS. The best week in racing is here and obviously we will talk about the Melbourne Cup and we think Presage Nocturne will be hard to beat here. He has great stats over 3000m and it doesn’t matter if its wet. He was running strongly through the line in the Caulfield Cup and the Flemington track will suit. Will be steaming home from the middle. Flatten The Curve will have no problem over running out the trip with USA stats winning over 3700m. Another who enjoy the slop. Is great first up and will be steaming home from the back. Half Yours won super in the Caulfield Cup and looks like the 3200m will suit. Loves the slop. Will sit just off midfield with the good draw. Al Riffa brings over some insane form from Ireland. Carried 61.5kg to win The Irish St Ledger drops 2.5kgs into this, we know a horse has never won it with 59kgs before by he has to be the best chance at that weight in a long time. Royal Supremacy was unlucky in key stages in the Caulfield Cup. Will get back anyway from the gate as it races that way. Hoping he can be in the one out one back position and we have no doubt the 3200m will be right up his alley. With even luck should be steaming. An absoluter cracking days racing to be had.
