BR8 H1 YELLOW BRICK($3.50) Ticks a lot of boxes here. Great first up. Loves the track and the distance suits. Is adept in all conditions. Has the perfect gate to go forward and pick his spot. He will give them windburn coming down the hill and be too good.

SR7 H2 AMELIA’S JEWEL($2.80) Great return when steaming home from the back. Has a good chance here to pick her spot from barrier 5 with speed on the outside and inside of her. Is great second up loves the distance. Her chance to win another race.

SR9 H1 CELESTIAL LEGEND($5) Great return over an unsuitable distance 1st up. Second up today and stepping out to the 1500m is ideal. Loves the track and is an absolute swimmer. Has got a lot of speed on the outside of him, so should be able to settle anywhere. They should come wide today so that should give him room on the fence. Great chance!

SUMMARY: What a cracking day in Our Best Eliyass flying the flag for us and two placings also and a host of winners in our top 4. Lets dive straight into The Golden Rose and we are thinking Traffic Warden($4.10) can go on with it here. He’s second up stepping out to the 1400m on a wet surface. Will get a nice sit in behind the leaders and be chiming in at the distance. Stormboy($4.80) was a good run second up and did a lot of work in the run after missing the kick. Needs to jump with them and needs to stay soft to have a winning chance. Gai will have him primed. Broadsiding($3.10) has great track and distance stats. Loves the wet and is great first up. Coming back from a Queensland winter break he will go bang this spring. J Mac aboard is a huge bonus. Linebacker($6) was a huge run first up should have finished closer. Step out to the 1400m is ideal will be sitting back just behind the leading pack. Loves wet ground and will be steaming home. Cracking race. AFL grandfinal day is here and it will be a cracker of a game. Go The Lions!!!
