BR7 H4 SITUATION ROOM ($10) Been in terrific form this prep and been racing against some quality horses. Getting back onto firmer ground is probably more to his liking. Loves the track and distance and from gate 9 will most likely roll forward which is his ideal racing pattern. Should park just behind the speed and be charging late. Great each way chance.
BR8 H5 ATLANTIC OCEAN($3.80) He is unbeaten here at this track and distance and we can’t see any reason why he can’t go three from three. Comes into gate 12 after scratching’s and will be just behind midfield here. Will be steaming home and the whips will be out at the 200m.
SR9 H10 KAZOU($3) Got the job done first up over the 1200m. Has a good gate and would be surprised if not leading here. The extra 100m’s is ideal and loves the track. Is adept in all conditions and drops 3kgs up in grade. Huge chance!
Hi Dubai flew the flag for Our Best last week and healthy odds at 12 bucks plus. Hopefully we have found a couple more this week . Going to write about the Aurie’s Star Handicap and we think It’s Ourtime($7) can win again. Won by over a length last start when was strong through the line. Loves the track and distance and is adept in all conditions. Won this race last year and is primed to do so again with D Lane staying abord. Right To Party($4) pounced on them from the back last start. And was good second up also and that form has been franked as well. Will get back again and with pace on will be steaming home a few kgs off won’t hurt. Loves the track and distance and is good in most conditions. Zarastro($3.80) is the interesting runner here good win last start and is adept in all conditions. Will go forward the speedster. His only run at Flemington came in 3yo open quality race in 2022 when ran 4th only beaten 2.30lengths. Matured a lot since then and with J Kah on is always a bonus. Loves the distance. If left alone they will find it hard to run him down. Nicolini Vito($7) has been in terrific form this prep. Has had a freshen leading into this and dropping back to the 1200m will suit. Is adept in most conditions but is more suited to a good track so if the rain stays away will be more beneficial for him. Will be steaming home from the back. Interesting race. Just like to mention all the Aussies over in Paris for the Olympics. Your doing your country proud and are absolutely smashing it. Proud to be an Aussie.
