BR7 H1 PARISAL($3) Good professional win first up. Only had one try at this venue and that was over 1200m and ran home great. Unbeaten over 1100m and is adept in all conditions. Will be on pace from barrier 4 and J Mac in the saddle is a bonus.
PARISAL($); 7th beaten 3.5L, positive the rail is not the place to be on any major course on the eastern seaboard. Seriously moving the rail incessantly is ruining racing. Not an excuse fact.
SR9 H1 AMENABLE($2.70) Ran well in the All Aged last start. Will sit midfield from barrier 6. Drop in grade constitutes a weight rise but has class on his side. Hard to beat!
AMENABLE($4); 2nd/$1.80 place beaten 0.1L, gets his initial run in the straight wins. Flashed beaten half a pixel.
MR9 H2 EL SOLEADO($7) Been in terrific form this prep. Was game in defeat last start. The bigger track will suit this galloper. Stays at the 1600m and is adept in all conditions.
EL SOLEADO($6.50); 3rd/$2.50 place beaten 0.7L, beaut run in transit there at the distance fought on like he always does.
SUMMARY: A bit unlucky in our best last week seems to be the theme at the moment. Hopefully we can turn it around this week. Lets dive straight into and talk about the Dark Jewel Classic and we think Banana Queen($6.50) can get the win here. Finished off well first up over the 1300m steps out to the 1400m today and second up is ideal. Drops 5 kilos into this and will be up on pace from barrier 6. Is adept in all conditions. Short Shorts($15) was only nabbed late last start. Will go to the front again from the wide draw. The extra 100m suits, 2kg weight drop is ideal and is adept in all conditions. Should go well. Ruthless Dame($4.80) has the best form lines in group 1’s. Will go back from the wide gate but will be charging late. Is good 4th up and loves good and soft tracks. Watch for her late. Shadows Of Love($3.60) been in terrific form this prep. Was strong through the line and back out to the 1400m is ideal. The group 1 Doomben 10000 its not the best edition I have seen and in saying that ($2.05)I Wish I Win it looks like its his race to loose. Private Eye($9.50) is next best for us ran well in the All Aged last start. Will go well over this trip. Bella Nipotina($6) will be steaming from the back look for her late. Wee Nessy($23) is a little smokey in this race. Was only beaten a length by group 1 horse in Antino. With the right run in transit and the speed on she will be steaming home. Another cracking days racing and the winter carnival is brewing up nicely.
