BR8 H5 IMMORAL($5.50) Been in fine form this prep and going through the grades nicely. Track and distance suits and Orman aboard is ideal. Will go back from the wide draw but will be steaming home at a rate of knots.
IMMORAL($5.50); 3rd/$2.20 place beaten 1.82L, got back and held up momentarily in the straight. Should have finished closer.
SR5 H2 MARQUESS($4.40) Was impressed with his last start victory. The step out to the 1800m third up looks ideal. Will be just behind the leaders backs here from barrier 1. Is adept in all conditions. The whips will be cracking at 100m mark.
MARQUESS($4.60); 2nd/$1.90 place beaten 0.42L, leader went quick he drifted off speed. Took awhile to wind up but ran well.
MR5 H1 AMUR($7.50) Had him in as Our Best last start and was a complete forgive run. Struck interference and then was held up at 400m only beaten 0.8lenghts. They might try and sit closer to the speed this time from barrier 1. Loves the track and distance and with even luck in running can get the win here.
AMUR($8.50); 6th beaten 4.55L, wot the! maybe couldn’t sprint with them, no excuses though.
MR7 H7 BERKELEY SQUARE($3.80) Savaged the line last start over the 1600m. Third up today and stepping out to the 2040m is ideal. Has the perfect barrier to be park in behind the leading bunch. Is adept in all conditions. Looks like the right race for him. Would be surprised if not in the finish.
BERKELEY SQUARE($4.20); 7th beaten 1.6L, has had 3 back now but we are suggesting he doesn’t handle the Valley. He got shufflrd back from a good position to be 3rd last made a run around them. Only finished off when he balanced up.
SUMMARY: A fabulous day last week with a winner in Our Best and plenty of winners in our top 4 to boot. Let’s dive straight into the action and talk about the Ming Dynasty and Tom Kitten($3.60) can repeat the same turn of hoof here 2nd up. Drops 2.5kg and would have got back in running no matter the barrier so the wide barrier no problems here. Will relish the 1400m. Encap($4.40) might be a maiden but has been measuring nicely and stepping up to the 1400m is ideal. Will be steaming home. Congragation($11) won his first two starts and then was unlucky in the Group 1 JJ Atkins. Will be fit for this run and the 1400m will suit. Can run a huge race first up. Kintyre($11) only just missed last start. Will go forward from barrier 18 but he has good gate speed so can overcome that. Track and distance suits and will be in it for a long way. Good race will be interesting to see how it pans out. Off to Melbourne for the Atlantic Jewel Stakes and Charm Stone($3.30) can win again. Won well first up and fought off the talented Skirt The Law. The step out to the 1200m looks ideal 2nd up. Will be steaming home. Inhibitions($6) has been in great form 2 runs off a spell. Loves the track and distance and is very versatile can lead or box seat either way in running will be hard to beat. Mollynickers($6.50) had a soft win last start over the 1400m. Has had a gap between runs and dropping back to the 1200m is no problem here. Right To Party($7.50) was good late last start after missing the kick. Stays at 1200m and from barrier 5 will get the perfect drop on the leading bunch. A cracking days racing today with plenty of action in all states with some stars returning. Bring it on!!
