BR6 H1 MOHICAN HEIGHTS($5.50) Seems to love racing in the Sunshine state. Was only fair in harder company last start in Sydney. Drops back in grade and returns to Eagle Farm. Loves the track and distance and goes great 4th. From barrier 2 will be just behind the speed here and ready to pounce at the 200m. Huge chance.
MOHICAN HEIGHTS($6); 6th beaten 3.14L, never clear in the straight but not convinced about the form out of this race.
SR10 H2 SKYCOMMAND($3.40) Absolutely flies fresh and the recent trial win would suggest she is ready to win again! Loves the track and distance and good tracks suit. Will go forward from barrier 7 and be hard to run down!
SKY COMMAND($3); 7th beaten 2.68L, thought she would lead but sat right behind the leader. Semi challenged in the straight then weakened disappointing.
MR3 H5 EASY SINGLE($5.50) Been waiting for this galloper to start again and I think they have found the right race to start with. Loves the track and distance and is a pistol first up! Is adept in all conditions and having a win at Flemington is a great advantage. The whips will be cracking.
EASY SINGLE(5); 4th beaten 3.65L, missed the start was crowded at the distance but ran home nicely. Looked chubby in the yard. Next time?
MR8 H1 TUVALU($4.40) Good run in the Orr Stakes only beaten 1.4lengths and having the blinkers off is super. The form line from this is great. The step out to the 1600m is ideal and the track suits. From barrier 5 he will go forward and lead here. J Fry has a great record with this horse. Loves good tracks. Great chance !!
TUVALU($4.20); 9th beaten 4.7L, never looked happy in the run and pulled up lame. Maybe next prep for him.
SUMMARY: The Best Bets keep on rolling with the Bloodster saluting for us. Safe to say he has come back in terrific order. Our Summaries once again were on point. Lets dive straight into it with SR6 The Challenge Stakes and we think Eduardo($4.60) can get the prize here first up. He loves this race first up and loves the track and distance. He will lead from barrier 8. Is adept in all condition and might be his final prep. Paulele($7) had a great last prep winning the Winterbottom Stakes. Is a pistol first up and loves the track and distance. Will be stalking the speed here and if the pace is genuine she will be steaming home. Giga Kick($2.30) the Everest winner resuming here and should be unbeaten when no luck at Flemington last prep. Is great first up and loves the track and distance and is adept in all conditions. Remarque($4.40) won well with a huge weight first up. Is great second up and loves the track and distance. His toughest test to date but a different horse since being gelded. Off to Melbourne for the Australian Guineas and hard to go past Jaquinot($2.40) here. Won well here latest when bumped and still fought on well. Love the step out to the 1600m for him. Will be midfield from the gate and will be charging home hard. Mr Maestro($20) is on the quick back up here and dropping in distance is ideal. Will be super fit and will be charging home from just off midfield. Elliptical($6.50) won impressively 1st up. Is good 2nd up and likes the track and distance. Will be up on pace and will prove hard to get pass. Amendable’s($14) run first up was fantastic. The step out to the 1600m is ideal. Was only beaten a length last prep behind Golden Mile and Elliptical. From barrier 1 will get back but might see it a little closer. With D Oliver aboard is a huge bonus. Cracking race. Just a quick mention about Sacramento($3.70). Is third up today and the extra 100m is perfect. Loves the track and distance. And Paris D’or($9) was a tad unlucky last prep. Form lines read well and has trialled well leading into this. Barrier 1 is key here. Cracking days racing this weekend and absolute pearler of a day on the Goldy.
