BR7 H2 ACORBATIC($11) His first up run was a cracker. Second up today and over this track and distance is ideal. Will go forward from barrier 8 and will most likely be just behind the leading pair. Loves good tracks and J Huxtable on board is a bonus. Great Chance.
ACROBATIC($16); 2nd/$2.70 place beaten 3.5L, ran home well from the back but the winner a mile too good.
SR7 H1 REMARQUE($4) All though he is carrying 62kgs we still think he has a great chance first up off a spell. Has had a good trial leading into this and from barrier 4 will be just behind the speed stalking the leaders. Likes the track and the distance won’t be a problem. Tim Clarke aboard is a huge bonus. If he gets a good run in transit the whips will be out at the 100m.
REMARQUE($4); FIRST GIDDYUP!!! decent run in transit let loose in the straight won easily.
MR6 H3 DAYTONA BAY($2.60) Deserves to be short in the market with a good record starting to take shape. Has won first up before, is adept in all conditions. Has had a solid hit out in a jump out prior to this so should be fit. Jamie Kah aboard and won’t be far away in running from barrier 2.
DAYTONA BAY($2); 4th beaten 0.9L, there to win but peaked at the distance next time maybe!

SR9 H2 NOTHINSWEETABOUTME($15) Has been racing so well without winning. Loves the track and the step out the 1800m is ideal. Drops 2kgs from last start and is super fit. From barrier 6 should be able to cross and lead if need be. Is adept in all conditions. Should run another great race here!
NOTHINSWEETABOUTME($11); 10th beaten 5.6L, poor run prefer him in front.
MR9 H10 COMANCHE BRAVE($35) Has been building up very nicely two runs back from a spell. Lead last start at the Valley but battled on strongly! The step up to the 1700m is ideal and is great third up. Drops 1kilo from his last start and from barrier 12 will go forward and hopefully get a good spot behind the leaders. Likes the track. The whips will be out!!
COMMANCHE BRAVE($41); 8th beaten 3.25L, actually led them from the wide gate still there at the distance battled on. Sandown midweek?
SUMMARY: Haven’t struck gold in Our Best the last couple of weeks. Unlucky in some of Our Best last week. Hopefully with a bit more luck we can snag a few this week. The good horses are starting to trickle back to the scene and we are super pumped about it. Let’s dive straight in and talk about the Eskimo Princes Stakes and its hard to go past Aft Cabin($2). Is good first up with the only query being the distance but has class on his side. Zoutiger($3.50) has had 3 trials leading to this first up so should be ready to go. Like Aft Cabin the distance is the only query but has class on its side also. Sejardan($9.50) has had a trial and is great first up and the dry track suits. Loves the track and distance and group 3 is right up his ally. Communist($19) has had 2 trials and is ready to fly first up. Is a group 2 placegetter and likes the track and distance. Will get back and be midfield, he will be charging home at a rate of knots with the speed on. Off to Melbourne and the Benchmark 100 and we think Right You Are($3.40) is a great chance here. In terrific form over this trip and the track suits also and he drops 5.5kgs into this. Will be up on speed from barrier 6 and be hard to beat from there. Detonator Jack($1.95) has been in terrific form. The step out to the 1800m is ideal and dropping 3kgs from his last start and will be steaming home from the back. Stars Of Currum($31) ran super last start over the 2000m and a bit unlucky being three wide the trip. Drops to the 1800m and will be midfield from barrier 10. Likes the track and distance and will be there for a long way. Beltoro($5) bolted in last start over the 1600m. The 1800m’s is ideal and another who will be midfield from the gate and be steaming home. Another very tough day of racing with plenty of value across the states. A Cracking day of racing today so Bring It On!
