Tips & Results 27th November 2021

OUR BEST; BR5 H5 TAMILAIDE($3.20) Comes back after an 18 week break. and was in great form last prep. He is a versatile horse so the 1200m wont be a problem first up. Loves the goldy track and wetter the better for him. Wasn’t pressured in a trial here running second, is ready to fire first up. From barrier 4 should be able to get a track behind the leading bunch and be steaming home over the top of them. Huge chance!

BR7 H2 NICCANOVA($5.50) Slashing run first up in the Keith Noud when battled on strongly only beaten 1.85L over the 1200m. Is great 2nd up, loves the track and the step out to the 1400m is perfect. Loves a wet track and from barrier 8 will get a nice trail midfield, hopefully the pace is a little strong so he has all the momentum to run over the top of them the last 100m.

SR6 H5 NEW KING($5) Been getting fitter with every run this prep. Stays at the 1800m and is 4th up today which is ideal. Has won in this class before and drops 2.5kgs from last run. he loves wet tracks. From barrier 6 will sit back probably around  midfield and will be grinding them down in the straight. Huge chance at good odds. 

NEW KING($5); 5th beaten 11.2L, didn’t handle the very heavy conditions.

MR8 H10 ROYAL MILE($6.50) Pretty good gelding this one. Great win 2nd up off a spell. Steps out in trip and is third up today. Has won in this class before and drops 3.5 kgs for this. From barrier 8 we expect him to be up on speed as he has good gate speed so should be able to find a nice spot. Super tough to beat. 

ROYAL MILE($5.50); 4th beaten 0.8L, beautifully rated in front every possible fought on.

SR5 H2 UNDENIABLE($6) Been in cracking form this prep. A touch unlucky last start when held up at a vital stage. From barrier one would like to see him take a forward roll here especially if nothing takes her on. Being by Not A Single Doubt out of a Street Storm mare she should be handling the wet. The track and distance suits and drops a kilo from last run with Jenny Duggan retaining the ride. Should be extremely  hard to hold out. 

UNDENIABLE($6); 2nd/$2.70 place beaten 2.72L, every chance really tried for a run wider but eventually back to the inside and held on.

BEST EACHWAY; SR8 H2 BANDERSNATCH($11) Good run first up and will be fitter for the experience. Is good 2nd up and the step out to the 1500m is ideal. Likes the track and is adept in heavy conditions. Barrier 3 is a great barrier for this horse as it likes to lead. Would be surprised if he isn’t in the finish. Great chance at great odds. 

BANDERSNATCH($6); 3rd/$ 2.30 place beaten 3L, ran well just behind the leaders just couldn’t make any leeway in the conditions.

SUMMARY: A cracking day last week. Had a placing in our best with one unlucky runner but the big result was the winner and  first 4 in the Ballarat Cup paying a handsome $14.217.80 and the trifecta $3,200 bucks. Our Summaries were spot on for members and facebook followers 🙂 with some other fantastic results in our top four (21winners) for multi runner players. Lets dive into today and talk about the Starlight Stakes and we think Tambo’s Mate($3.25) can win here he has been in solid form this prep. Loves the 1100m and the heavy track poses no problems he is a swimmer, he will sit midfield and will be steaming home! Edison($14) can run well here he has had 5 trials leading into this and won his last two so should be cherry ripe. He also has the speed to get across from the wide gate, loves the track and the wetter the better for him. Southern Lad ($4.25) Won well first up. Staying at the 1100m is ideal and the wet track suits. Hasn’t won in 4 goes at the track but hasn’t been beaten all that far. If the speed is on she can run home strongly. Spaceboy($8.50) has been in consistant  form this prep without winning. Will be in the lead from barrier 2. The heavy track brings him right into play for this one and if left alone in front they might find it hard to catch him. Off to Caulfield and the Kevin Heffernan Stakes and we think Crosshaven($9) can win here he steamed home last start to just miss. Stays at the 1400m which is ideal and from barrier 5 will be up on the speed, he takes a while to get into his gears so hopefully he is at him at the 350 and hitting the front about the 100m mark. Huge chance. Riddle Me That($21) ran well last start off a tough run and only got beaten 2.3L. drops 200m which will suit. Will get back but will be steaming home. Age Of Chivalry($7) was tried at the 1600m last start but peaked last 150m he drops back to the 1400m and a good track all positives here. Will be up on the speed. Ranier($7.50) was wide throughout last start and still battled on nicely second up stays at the 1400m. Barrier 3 should be perfect as he should get the ideal sit behind the leaders.  Brisbane race 8 the Classic F&M and we think Wandabaa($3.30) can win here 4th up today and dropping back to the 1200m is ideal. Likes wet tracks and only carries 56.5kg. From barrier 6 might go to the top half of the field and sit behind the leaders. Glitter Strip($26) is first up here and has had a trial, likes the wet tracks and staying at the 1200m is ideal. Stepped out in trip last prep and didn’t handle that so hopefully stays at sprint distances this prep, can run a race here. Kisukano($9.50) ran on strongly first up. Second up today and the extra 200m suits handles heavy tracks and from  barrier 3 should be right on the speed here and be very hard to beat. Lyrical Girl($5.50) bolted in last start she has to contend with barrier 15, might find it hard to get to the front here. But if she gets cover she can run on. Fleet Dove($23) is first up here and has had a trial leading into this. Likes the wet track and will be just behind the leaders here she hasn’t been beaten far in listed races before so can be in the top 4 ! Plenty of rain on the goldy which has lead to the meeting being Abandoned due to state of track. So will leave tips in because they will run it another day. Down south  has had a lot of rain over the last week so bog track there this weekend will make for interesting racing indeed.
