Gold Coast Track Good; Randwick Track Good; Flemington Track Good; Our Best; Flemington race4 Tagreeda($6) has a very consistent record and distance suits perfectly, making the jump from a midweek Sandown win, but we feel she will handle the assignment with ease. Gold Coast race 3 Upstart Pride($9) this gelding loves the Coast circuit, he should get the perfect run from this draw(4) and he is racing like the 1300m will suit. He races very consistently into a prep and Shinn should be able to lob him in a good possie and if he hits the front at the distance he will be hard to run down. Randwick race 1 Danetrille($8) we had him marked in for a Highway a couple of weeks ago but he was scratched and turned up in a race at Wagga and bolted in, we see no reason to go off him here, a super chance. Gold Coast race 5 Pepperano($16) Don‘tbabylon will make sure there is no loafing in this, so she should enjoy a nice run just off them. She is definitely up to a race like this even with the Group one mare Global Glamour in, she might just round her up in the shadows. Flemington race 9 Jester Halo($14) this mare is in outstanding form and meets Soho Ruby 2.5kgs better even though she was defeated 1.25L we expect her to turn the tables this time. She has a tricky barrier from the 1400m start but if she gets the right run she will be all over them at the finish GIDDYUP! You don’t need to be Einstein to figure it is a super tough day especially at the Goldie, huge fields with multiple chances, hence there should be great odds on offer. Be wary of short priced conveyences, in my opinion Ef Troop is the fastest two year old I have seen this season, he will steam across from his wide gate and it will only be the last 50m Nomothaj might get him.
