Private secretary is a very good mare but we think the barriers might just swing the race in Elegant Composure’s favour. Race 4 Rosehill, Delightful Feeling is extremely well weighted with the claim, gate 3 is probably not ideal for this fellow as he tends to drift back, but if his in form apprentice Heywood can extricate him off the rails as they swing for home he will hit the line with a full head of steam. Race 5 Moonee Valley Black Sheep badly held up last sart at a crucial stage, flies at the Valley is very fit and should get a nice run just behind the speed and ready to pounce as they swing, very hard to beat.Best each way: Race 4 Eagle Farm Meet And Greet is a pretty good horse, his only start here was in the J.J.Atkins Group1 he was held up in that race and never fully tested, nicely weighted and we are expecting a huge run from him giddyup! Race 5 Eagle Farm Bernitchy ultra consistent and he can take a sit or lead nice weight relief from his last start. We feel the drop back in distance is a bonus and he likes the Eagle Farm stretches super each way chance. Best longshot: Race 6 Moonee Valley Lopartega this mare ran in some solid races last prep. Relishes this distance and her third up stats just as impressive, she has a nice weight drop and she might go forward from her barrier and take it up, “fingers crossed “.
